Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of KAIVORI, operated by Katalyst IT Pty Ltd (ABN: [ABN — set NEXT_PUBLIC_KATALYST_ABN]) ("we", "us", "KAIVORI"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

KAIVORI is an AI-powered business operations platform. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform in accordance with your subscription plan. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

2. Account responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must not share access credentials with unauthorised parties
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to enter contracts in Australia

3. Acceptable use

You must not use KAIVORI to:

  • Send unsolicited commercial messages in violation of the Spam Act 2003 (Cth)
  • Process data in violation of applicable privacy laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or other users
  • Engage in illegal activities or facilitate harm to others

4. AI-generated content

KAIVORI uses artificial intelligence to generate content including contracts, proposals, email copy, social posts, and financial summaries. AI-generated content is provided for reference only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI outputs before use in any commercial or legal context. We expressly disclaim all liability for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content without independent professional review.

5. Billing

  • Subscription fees are charged in AUD, exclusive of GST (10% GST applies)
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly
  • You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. No refunds for partial months
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice
  • Overdue accounts may be suspended after 14 days

6. Data ownership

You own all data you create, upload, or import into KAIVORI. We do not claim any rights over your business data. You grant us a limited licence to process your data to provide the service. On account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Intellectual property

KAIVORI, its design, AI models configuration, platform knowledge base content, and underlying software are owned by Katalyst IT Pty Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.

8. Liability limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the relevant claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or illegal activity, with notice where reasonably possible. You may terminate your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Western Australian courts.
